+1 stock lift XJ with 30s
So the other week I had a crazy blowout on the highway. Completely shredded my tire. ( I have a thread about it in the cherokee chat section ) so I decided to pick up a set of bfg all-terrains size 30/9.5/15 I did research on how well they would fit a stock cherokee. Mostly mixed opinions, some people saying it will rub some saying it won't. Well in my case. They rubbed. In the front if you turned sharp the outer tire would go on the inside of the front bumper cover and then when you would straighten out it would "pop" back. And the rear if you went over a bump it would run. Given I had 3 tires in the back. It definitely doesn't do it as often with less weight. So I removed the front bumper covers and trimmed the rubber/plastic liner. No big deal. And she looks a little tougher so here's the pics

It looks like if you did a cut and fold in the rear it would take care of the tire to fender contact issue. Maybe even just trimming or removing the trim piece behind the rear tire.
