01 xj ls swap factory gauges

01 xj ls swap factory gauges
I’m not sure if anyone has attempted to run the factory gauge cluster. I have the Jeep pcm still in and no tcm, and from what I understand if the SCI line is broken nothing will communicate, I need help with the SCI Transmit voltage and getting that right for cluster to work. I have a little over 7v at the obd2 port. From I have under stood if it’s over 2.8v it will not communicate.
