Default 01 xj 6.5 inch lift w sye what degree shims?

Ok so its a 01 xj 3.5 inch rear springs and 3 inch block, I have sye installed the pinion is pointed up slightly 2 high. Does anyone have this setup and no what degree shims I need?

Use an angle finder, since you are running a SYE, the pinion and shaft should be straight on. Measure the angle on the shaft and pinion and subtract the difference, will tell you how much shim you need.

And I agree, dump the blocks.

Ok I measured the angles with one of them stupid phone apps, I don't no if they work or not but it said driveshaft was at 17 degrees and pinion was at 27. So that would mean 10 degree shim , there is no way it could be that much looks like I need 2 degree or 4

I think the smartphone apps for that sort of thing is OK to use for reference purposes, but in this case you need to be a little more exact.
