Does anyone think a 48 inch CB antenna mounted on the top of the left fender (opposite side of normal radio antenna) would look ridiculous on an xj with no lift and stock-sized tires?

Maybe, I'd have to go with at least a 2 inch lift with bigger tires...you can get 2 inch spacers pretty cheap.
