You know you drive an XJ when disconnecting the battery to reset everything solves your sensor problems and restored power loss

I think this belongs in one of these threads:
"You know your vehicle doesn't fit on the trail when..."
"You know you are resting against a tree when..."

You know you drive an xj when you have to pick up your girl friend next week at the airport, and you will need to drive 400 miles on the highway, then you think it might be better to swap the 31s mud tires with some stock 235s, and you end up buying 33x12.50 on 8x15 rims on e-bay, confident you will impress her if you get to the airport..

You know you drive an XJ when...

the only 2 tools you need for an oil change is an open end wrench and a nosy neighbor to fetch a beer for you.

Imagine if you will.... laying under the XJ with a drain pan; oil filter and 6 quarts of oil sitting on the radiator... neighbor asked "You changing your oil?".....

Nope! Changing the Jeep's oil, I'm not due for another 2,000 miles....here's your sign

You know you drive an XJ when you hear that the local U-Pull It is having a dollar day, where any part is a dollar...all the parts, and you almost faint thinking about all the money you are going to save!

You know you drive an XJ when you start saving money for that dollar day 2 months in advance ... and may need to rent a moving truck to take to the U-Pull It to get all the parts home.
