You know you drive an XJ when the guy at the autoparts counter turns out to be your neighbor and informs you that your rig warming up every morning on high idle with the hole in the exhaust is his alarm clock.

You know you bought an XJ when you call you dad and tell him and he says and I quote "Why would you buy an old rusted out gas guzzling truck in the city honey. Buyer Beware." LGMDAO

You know you drive an XJ when you just sat here for 30 minutes reading 8 pages of "you know you drive an xj" jokes at 3am

you see one hit a gaurd rail at 40 MPH and you know the driver is ok.And in the same thought you think to your self i wonder what parts he might want to sell off of it.

You know you drive an xj when your unibody is so tweaked that you can fit two fingers through the gap at the top of your door

You know you drive an xj when the carpet is the first thing taken out

You know you drive an xj when you have to push really hard into first and reverse, but know your tranny is fine.

You know you drive an xj when you get rear ended by a ford taurus, get out and see her car totalled, and not even a scratch on your rear bumper

You know you drive an xj when you don't bother shovelling the driveway, just a walkway to and from the heep

And I must be a blessed one, as I have 2 cup holders in the center console, lol. What year did they put them in? I have a 97.
