Default Would my 1998 Xj Sport Handle this?

Looking for something that will allow me to tow my 250lb Trials motorcycle behind my XJ.

Came across this as a cheaper solution, what do you all think?

I will be using a 1998 Cherokee sport. I'm pretty sure I have a class III hitch. The bike is only like 250lbs. The farthest I would ever tow it is probably 4 hours away.

Can my XJ safely do it? Would you use this carrier? Would it even work on my XJ? Do you have a better suggestion?

Thanks for any help

The only thing I would worry bout is the back glass...... IMO it should work!!

Hell I've thought about it but don't ride bikes anymore!!!

Yeah, If I got it I would make sure it was secure really good and its not like I would go off road with the bike on it.

If u have a welder and a rack on top I'd try n attach the 2 with some kind of guard for the handle bars...kinda like a ladder from the bike rack to the luggage rack!! Fab some kind of tabs on both so it can b bolted n unbolted easily!!!

A buddy of mine had the one int eh link. Worked very well. AS long as the bike is properly secured the glass will be fine.

That's all good man I've only had mine bout 2 years now n I don't think I wanna put one on it anymore....unless maybe it was one of those ones with the tent n I decide to park my Jeep n a lake or something n turn it into a house boat n just fish out the front door!!!

DOUBT THIS WILL EVER HAPPEN!!!!!
