So. My check engine light turned on out of nowhere and on my drive to drive to pick someone up. My battery light came on. After I turned it off then on it idled and sputtered and eventually died. Wouldnt even turn over, just clicked. Jumped it and it made it about a block before dieng in the middle of the street.

Rolled into driveway and left it for another day.

Friends say that its just a "jeep" thing. Haha

It sounds like your alt died and then took the battery with it. I'm guessing the CEL had something to do with related low voltage

Well it is a brand new battery. I will rip out the alt and get it tested like I did last time.

Last time with exact same symptoms everyone said it was the battery. I replaced the battery and it was perfect for like 6 months. That same time I tested the alt and the shop said it was working perfectly.. I guess I will rip it out againw and see whats goin on.

Well I ripped out the alt and it tested perfectly. Idk what else to check. I charged my battery and all the same symptons,are occuring.
