I recently bought a 1993 Cherokee Sport. 140k miles. 4.5 inch lift. Brand new wheels that come in around 35 inched. My only problem is when I'm driving 60+ and his some sort of bump, it starts shaking like crazy. What could this possibly be? I'm willing to replace whatever it needs to stop doing this.
I have a 1975 Cj5 that has 210k miles, 4 inch lift, with 35s, and have never has a problem what-so-ever.
Thanks,
Mike

Inspect the steering and suspension components, bushings, and trackbar. Do a search on DW here on the site, it is covered extensively...
Does it have a adjustable track bar or did they try to keep the oem non adjustable track bar.The reason your cj never had it is the front leaf springs on those unless you got really wore out king pins/ball joints you won't get death wobble. Now something like the xj with links and coil springs a lot of things can case it from trackbar to the unit bearings aka sealed front hubs.
