Anyone know what kind of winch this is. Someone is selling it but they don't know say what kind it is. If it doesn't work I want to know where to get parts. Thanx.

It kinda looked like the Smittybilt X20. But with the pictures beside each other I'd say that it's not.

1. How much does he want for it?

2. Is it on CL?

3. Can I send him a hurtful email about his level of retardation?

4. He don't know what it is or don't want to say what it is? What's his number I want to cuss at him.

It's on eBay. I think it's one of those places that just sell stuff they have and no nothing about it. It's posted as for parts not working because they don't test this stuff out but if I get it and it's broke I want to know I can get parts. I wouldn't buy it unless it CHEAP

ah, The remote can be replaced easily. You can replace the solenoids reasonably. and that's about all that's going to be wrong with such a new winch...

If it's dirt cheap I say go for it.

It's a Chicago Electric. I wouldn't waste my $56.00

I'm sure it will prob end up around 150$. If it works it may be worth it but any more and I can buy a engo. I heard that is a good budget winch.

I have three different Smittybilt winches. They're good for the money.

Any winch really... most of them are the same winch with different stickers on them.

Thanx for the info. I'm looking for a winch but I'm on a budget and it's not something I will use a lot. Just emergency situations. And light stuff around the house.

Just make sure you get one that is reliable. A cheap winch is no good in an emergency if it doesn't work.
