Smittybilt or Warn?

I read an article stating that Smittybilt "is the best winch for your money": https://4wdlife.com/smittybilt-winches-review
There were charts and stuff, pretty convincing. But a friend of mine is a big fan of Warn winches. I value his opinion but I need more info

 

My roommate has a superwinch that has really impressed me. We have yet to have a single issue and we've gotten into some trails that were a winch fest. Everytime someone around me has used a warn winch it's had issues for one reason or another. I've never been impressed with warn especially with the price tag they carry.
