I am getting ready fo fab a bumper for my jeep and have been looking for a winch. I came across a Tensen TX2 12,000lb 2 speed winch. It is in perfect working order. I can either use it or sell it. I am sure some of you have heard of them, they became megawinch and are probably out of business by now. So the question is weather or not to try it. As little as I would use the winch. Here are some pics, I plan of cleaning it up this weekend.
