Am I the only cheap *** here? I bought mine for the amazingly good looks of a station wagon...NOT....I bought mine because they are CHEAP! And well I like the sleek look of a brick.

Small Wheel wells
Drums (seriously no vehicle should still be made with drums)
D35 ( Im glad I dont have one)
ABS (Designed for people who dont know how to drive)
Poor headlights
Plastic that turns an ugly gray
Electrical problems

Its got a bulletproof powerful engine (yeah the 22re is reliable, but powerful? no), basic but beautiful styling, overall relable powertrain, lack of plastic, relatively inexpensive.
But besides those nit picky complaints its a well rounded tough machine...... tame enough for the novice to have some fun on the not so beaten track or with some work capable enough to kick some serious ***.

I've only have had my '95 Cherokee just shy of 2 weeks, but I already love it. The ability to work on it easily, the extra parts, the cool homebrew add ons, the quality of the vehicle itself, and the potential it has. I was surprised by how much power it has for a I6 engine, and the overall feel of it driving down the road. In less than 36hrs of owning it, I had already engaged the 4x4 and was discovering how amazing my Jeep really was. The only thing that bothers me is that it took me this long to buy a XJ.
