why aren't there aftermarket intake manifolds?

why aren't there aftermarket intake manifolds?
I'm curious to know why there's no after market intake manifolds. i see plenty of exhaust. but no intakes. is it because its not a common form factor? i know about the 99+ Upgrade. I'm just curious.
