It's a Cherokee if you can't find it at a parts store you need a new counter jockey. I wouldn't be suprised I'd you could build a new one from the auto parts counter.

The bracket that holds the AC compressor has a captive bearing with studs for the fan pulley. The viscous clutch and fan blades are attached to the studs. If the main bearing goes bad you can try to find a bracket at the dealer, failing that you will have to go the junkyard. Some people have been able to press and replace the main bearing alone, others have not been able.
ps--I have an assembly for sale for 91-96 that I took off my jeep, includes everything the bracket, bearing, new clutch, and fan blades, in the for sale section here if you can't find what you're looking for locally
