I did lightly sandblast my factory lattice style rims, a couple of years ago. And a coat of clear over them. Maybe do it agian a couple more years. Then buff them to a shine.

 

If your worried about salt damage you can just Plasti-Dip your rims. If you want a second set of rims I just ordered Soft 8 looking wheels from Jeg's for $45.00 a piece and only $14 shipping for 5 rims! Almost doesn't pay to sit on Craigslist.

 

i just run a MT because im broke and cant afford any more tires, plus the MT does great all winter long and at rare times i have to put it in 4wd.

 

Does it bug the crap out of anyone else that people are calling the wheels on thier Cherokee's RIMS? WTF people? It makes me think that you all have spinners with matching paint and some low profile tires and 2 15'' subs in the back so you can annoy everyone else at a red light...

thats like how people say "front rear" when they mean differential...i cant stand that
