where can i get a free 2001 jeep cherokee keyless entry remote??? any ideas i called a dealer and they said it would cost $86

thats not to bad of a price. we have replaced a few that were in the upper $100's

You want free, keep using your key. You want cheap, ebay is your best bet.

Everything is not free, chances are your going to have to buy one unless you find a friend or someone to give one to you. If you want keyless entry suck it up and buy it, and an owner's manual while your at it.

I think that a key from any chrysler would work if you program it. Im gettin one from an old seibring.
