Something else I love about the Cherokee and wrangler for that matter is that looks so classic. I could see someone driving a Cherokee in the 60's. I could see some one driving a Cherokee in WW2 as long as its green.
I love classic cars and the jeep is as close for me. I guess it just suites me.
Also when I think of the Cherokee. It feels like home.

For "traditional Jeep" (CJ/YJ/TJ/JK) owners, they probably think "Soccer Mom Mobile" or "Mall Crawler".
I think of Cherokees as "awesome, comfortable, and fun-to-drive".

I've always considered the xj to be the iconic platform that all other SUVs aspire to and compare against. Seating for 5, rear cargo area/hatch, 4WD, powerful balanced engine....

I'm up in the Kingman area. I have been down your way a few times, have family that used to live in Tucson and some that currently live in Oracle.
Correction: "Mohave County" lol

The new folks we have met since acquiring our Cherokee is incredible.
