Looks like your tire has some rock rash but its hard to tell.

This is an off brand of BFG, they actually make this, supposedly it's junk.

This isn't my Jeep... sorry horrible picture I know look closely this jeep has its coil spring running into a block of wood that bolts to the shock tower

Looks like a poly coil spacer. You took the pic, now you can move on.

My poly coil spacers literally disintegrated last week, wish I'd have known they'd do that or would have gotten lift coils to begin with.

No, its not safe. With those tires I assume a lower budget. The picture quality didn't help your case any though.
