SE is base and could be had with a 4 banger and very few options. Sport was next up and had more options, mine has power windows, locks, seats, cruise, and real gauges not dummy lights.

I have a 97se and 97 sport. Se has no power options. Seats less comfortable. 5 speed 3.07 gears. Has a speedo. No tach. The gauge cluster way different. In the se all it has is lights so red = bad. As to the sport the gauges have numbers and needles. If doesn't make sense will post up a pic tomorrow for you of both
