ok.... first welcome to CF... secondly... a "body" lift is a lift comprising of spacers between the body and the frame... as our beloved Cherokee's and Grand Cherokees are Uni-Body or Unit Body they do not have and actual frame. A suspension lift is done with the suspension of the vehicle making for a better lift.
