What's is the difference between a body lift and a suspension lift kit

ok.... first welcome to CF... secondly... a "body" lift is a lift comprising of spacers between the body and the frame... as our beloved Cherokee's and Grand Cherokees are Uni-Body or Unit Body they do not have and actual frame. A suspension lift is done with the suspension of the vehicle making for a better lift. Now that I have answered that... please look at the SEARCH feature on this site... questions like that can be answered immediately that way... or hell google it.
