Last spring I had a green house on wheels. We had some serious rain here and the seal around my lift gate was wasted and after 3 days of pouring rain, the seal couldn't take it anymore. I ended having about an inch of water in the back. Well, one day after I went to drain the water and what do I find....this little guy...
It took about week of heat, sun, and towels to dry it all out. So I did one of my budget mods...I used some of my weather stripping I had left over from the winter and applied it to the lift gate. All better now and it's still holding. As for now, my sub box is back there along with 2 amps, a set of tools, rags, my Haynes manual, spare tire, and a bottle of all major fluids used in the jeep. (It likes to mark it's territory)
