i have plans for sliders a swing away tire carrier and a roof rack
i like the jcr stage 3 sliders and thier low profile rack im looking to make something similar if i can
as for the tire carrier iv had some ideas and looked at some already made carriers and just need to piece it together and see how it works

i have a bender and welder already so i just need my metal

also in the future i want to do something about my paint
i like my green color but i want it to be textured like rhino lined or line x

 

Hopefully a JCR winch bumper and stage 2 sliders

 

i am FINALLY gonna get my roof rack and lights! also,10 cans of OD green spray paint!

half of my taxes have already gone to gas and a new grille for my ford ranger
if i can find a good deal i would like to get a full size spare 33x12.5on15x8 rim and actually get started on my roof rack got all the metal just sitting here waiting to be welded

 

also just got the tailbone in the mail! Gotta paint & install

 

I hear ya bro! We have 3 so far, and this year they upped the child tax credit! After that call from my CPA last night to tell me how much I'm getting back I was blown away!

As for how we're spending it - My wife and I are on the same page on our finances... SAVE IT! Actually we agreed a few weeks ago to put my XJ in the shop to have the A/C fixed and charged, but the rest will be stashed as we hope to buy another house in a few months.

 

I was looking at that one . I bought a winch bumper instead for $339 shipped from Logans. Not much more $ and I get D-rings and winch mount. Tailbone sits too high in front of the radiator and blocks the grill. Looks good though.

 

I paid like $700 for the backbone (winch mount & D ring hooks), & the tailbone (tire carrier & d ring hooks)!!! the XRC8 was only like $320

 

taxes paid for my RE lift, a hi-lift, axle tube seals, solid front diff cover, an air compressor and a cut off wheel for my fender trim and a bored TB

 

I ended up getting a new to me ZJ,lift,tires,rims,winch,winch bumper,discos,hd stabilizer and a few odds and ends.All the parts are for my XJ not the ZJ.The ZJ is for my wife so she can go wheeling too. Im getting a lift and tires for that too.

i was bummed that i thought i owed the state of MI almost $400...

but today (post mark day, i'm one of those procrastinators), i went to a tax professional to have them look over all my stuff... and i'm coming out of it with a couple grand instead. thank goodness! that means i can pay off the bills i inquired over the past few months, plus i can go back anytime during the year and he is going to look over my taxes from last year, which i owed money on, and he's going to try to get me money back on past years taxes. pay $80 to get a few grand back for each visit, i ain't complaining! this means i'll be able to afford more goodies for the XJ!!!!
