Question What is it worth?

I'm looking to buy a cherokee and just wanted to know a few things about it, never had a jeep but I have built both a 72 chevy 4x4 and a 5.0 mustang. I'm looking at a 96 Cherokee Country with 160k on it, pretty much bone stock except speakers. I know the 4.0L's last forever so I'm not too concerned about that, but how much do you feel it is worth? Its pretty clean, green with grey trim, no leaks, almost all options. Has a dent in rear quarter. Its an auto, 4x4 or course, has the part time 4x4 not the full time. So please tell me what you think its worth, and if there is anything I should look for problem wise. Thanks

Yeah it runs, wouldn't be interested if it didnt. Dent isn't big enough to care about, its a jeep after all.

According to KBB a '96 Country with 160k in good condition is only valued at 2200...

Feel it and the guy out when you go look. I mean isn't there a price posted? I would make him tell me a price, if he refuses low ball him hard. He will then say a price a bit higher then he would actually take. But 1500-2000$ don't seem bad depending on over all condition.
