In your opinion which upgrades are the most important for a stock cherokee, for traveling off the beaten path? (Please list in order of importance, for instance below)

1.Recovery points
2.Good off road tires
3.Lift
etc etc

Yeah, that's the important stuff, but IMO it would be this order
1- tires
2- recovery points
3- lift

 

why tires first and the lift last? spend $$ on the right size tires once you lift your rig.

Very true, but I would rather be driving a cherokee with nice tires and no lift, then a cherokee with a nice lift and bald tires. Of course having both is what should be aimed for.

Ya i should have got recovery points, i had to pull my jeep out of a hole by the leaf springs. Nothing to damaged though.

 

for me it would be 1 locker 2 recovery points 3 lift & tires

 

I would say recovery points, lift, tires and lockers... the lockers are next on my list
