Maybe you could get you some tires and do little trimming of the fenders . Tint the windows . I even think you could do a budget lift prob for round 100 bucks

As long as you don't want it now I pieced mine together for about $60-$70. I got spacers for the front for $20 shipped and add-a-leafs for the rear for $40 shipped new plus hardware was around $70.

One of the first things a lot of people do is install some extra lighting on the bumper.

Painting stock wheels can also be done. I personally like the black/black look which is why I did it.

Cb radio. Enough said.

All of these things won't break the bank.

Yea ill probably throw extra lights on the front, and do tints n that little stuff but the CB radio i could pass on. more concerned with like 3-4 inches of lift with nice wheel/tire combo

They will fit, but you will need to pull the fenders off and trim some of them off. 31s are a good tire for a 2" - 4" lift. 32s will fit on a 3.5" lift with no trimming. Check out this thread for some ideas of what may interest you:

Lots of pictures to help you get an idea.
