Default What should i do?

Last night I rolled my cherokee and I broke a hole in the block and the distributor cap got lodged into a cylinder. So the engines done. Minimal body damage the windshield took most of the blow. But I'm lookin for a new motor. Right now I'm trying to decide whether I should get the stock i6 4.0 and bore it out again to a 4.7 or if I should just get a Chevy 350 (they have the same motor mounts.) Any suggestions on which engine or another engine?

For your safety and the safety of others around you, get a bicycle.

I'd like to see that as well.

I'd part it out.

Where are you located?

I'll take the wheels and tires.

Why do you have to be a jerk? He asked about a motor.

I would get another 4.0. I think the .350 might be a little more work. But it's up to you. Both are great options.

A small block swap is a really big job,You have to swap the engine trans and maybe the t case too. Then you have exhaust wiring it and plumbing the fuel and coolant systems.

If you rolled it the unibody could be tweaked now... no use dumping money into a trashed unibody.
