Why did you have to replace the wheels and tires. Seems odd to have to do that so much. Ifyou cantrade it that's one thing but you've put so much into it that's going to last you might as well keep it. Start replacing some things in advance so you don't break down.

What do you expect from a 13 year old 4 wheel drive vehicle? Stuff is going to wear out on any vehicle, be it a Jeep or a Camry. The advantage to the Jeep is that parts are pretty enexpensive, easy to find, and they're easy to work on. A Camry is a nice reliable car (boring too), but the parts cost about twice as much as anything for an XJ. All of the money you have spent on your rig so far is still cheaper than a new car payment for 5 years.

Yeah... why so many tires? Did you buy used ones that had 5% tread on em? Buy quality the first time so you know you did it right!
And a radiator can be found cheaper. So can a fan clutch. Go to rockauto.com for replacement parts.

Was the vehicle ever involved in an accident? Sounds like some geometry is out of wack. You can tell a lot by how the tire wore out. Also sounds like your track bar was suffering from heavy trauma. If your getting side pressure this would cause the bar to fail. So what can you tell us about the tires?

That would pretty much put all of that work to a loss. Unless you private party sale. Even if that it's still a loss. A dealer isn't gonna care abt any of the aftermarket stuff. All the stuff you are doing are making it better and last longer. So keep It. Old cars break down. New cars are more expensive and Now there less reliable. Your best sticking with something, that's easy to work on, cheap parts. It's all apart ofthe jeep life.
