Default Neutral safety switch help

Found some write ups on it, put jeep in neutral, disconnected harness, removed retainer bolt, and when i was loosening the mounting nut it moved the whole NSS and i heard the gears change and now i cant get it off. Maybe it didnt do anything but either way i cant pry it off with my flathead using the trans pan as a fulcrum point. I dont want to mess anything up. What to do..?

I got it with the help of a friend but all the plastic on the NSS is completely broken so ordered up a new one $44 shipped on ebay stuck without a ride for 4 days though
