Default Rotational sound I can't figure out

Hey guys I have a 2001 XJ that has a rotational sound that sounds like it's coming from the front. I wanted to figure out what it was before installing my lift. It's hard to describe but I can start to hear it around 10mph and it's not constant but more like it has a warped sound if you can imagine. (sound, pause, sound, pause..ect) The pause get lesser the faster I go. I just replaced front axle u-joints, front drive shaft was rebuilt, and wheel hubs with the hope it would be fixed but it's still there. I put it on a lift in 4wd to see but I can't hear it so I'm wondering if it's the tire. I wouldn't think it would be since I can hear it at such a low speed. Let me know what you thinks..thanks

Tires do often make such a pulsating sound, but then so do bearings, both wheel bearings and differential carrier bearings, all of which may remain quiet when not loaded.

Could be the brake pad contacting a certain spot on the rotor, but you could hear that when it was on a lift while spinning the wheel.

Agreed. Check your brakes.

Well, I didn't just check my brakes but went ahead and just replaced rotors and pads. Noise is still there and is pissing my off. I pray to God that it's a wheel or tire because I'm replacing those next week when my lift goes on. I can't think of anything else except the front diff or maybe rear drive shaft. We'll see if it goes away after the lift. New drive shaft is going on too with the SYE. Wish me luck
