What shall I replace?

The oil gague is not working well, it goes to 8 and when I restart the engine, it goes to the normal position. What shal I do to fix this?

I think the only oil gauge is the oil pressure. If that's shows zero, you probably need to change the oil pressure sensor.

Engine: 4.0 with all of the noise and clatter

Try the oil sending unit first, it is cheap and easy to replace. It is located down by the oil filter, make sure to get one for a gauge and not one for a light.
