Ditto on the KBB thing. Last I knew, they didn't sell vehicles. Most people don't realize that it's a price GUIDE. KBB prices aren't chisled in stone.

Ha, more than once.

How about when someone calls you up and makes an offer, without even asking anything or looking at it.

"Hey, I'll give you $2000, and I'll bring it in cash tomorrow."
"You haven't seen or driven it, maybe it's worth my full asking price."
"WTF, man?! You said best offer. Nevermind then."
Then hangs up.

I hate selling vehicles, it can be such a hassle sometimes.

Did they ever show up? Of course not.
My brother passed away last Oct. I had a whole house full of furniture, A 2001 Yukon XL, A 27 ft formula boat, To get rid of. Put it on Craigslist. After being stand up a couple of times. I just started telling people, to go to that address. And when you get there, call me. I live about four blocks away. It stopped a lot of problems.

How about test driving it, then pulling in the driveway put it in 4x4 then try to turn around and give you the stupid look because its bucking and screetching at full turn of the wheel. Some people should just stick to front wheel drive I tell ya.

Dealing with "tire kickers", people that have no intention of actually buying what you've got for sale, low ballers **** me off the most though because I always ask a fair price when I'm selling something, if you don't like the price don't bother calling or wasting my time looking at it, I'd rather pull my own teeth than sell ANYTHING on Craigslist anymore.
Once I had a Glock model 21 .45 ACP for sale in my local paper (handgun, for those of you that might not know, lol) and I was called by this guy asking all these questions about it, this and that, and then finally he was like, "Hey man, would you sell it to me even though I'm only 16?" Needless to say that sale didn't happen, LOL

I was selling my '97 Nissan Altima shortly after I bought my XJ and it was worth at least $1100, but I listed it on CL for $750 as I was in a hurry to sell it as the XJ needed tires really bad, and some jerk e-mailed me asking if I'd take $100 for it. Needless to say I didn't even respond.

I do this, but usually I ask if I can talk him down before I see it

or when you're selling a car and you get calls
"Hey, can I buy your tires?!"
"Hey, can I buy your winch?!"
"Hey, can I buy your bumpers?!"
it's not a part out...
