I have those on my 89, and I have a second set my brother pulled off of a 87. The ones off of the 87 are gold in the center and I will be having the center section powder coated black to go on my wifes 01.

they are stock snowflake rims that came on 88/89 cherokee limited. maybe others, but i don't think so.
