what holding me up
I have a 2" puck/shackel ontop of a 3.5" rubicon express, brake lines, shocks, t-case drop, front lower arms!
So I want to get as much droop as posable without going long arm front&rear (yet)!!! How can I know "what's holding me up"???

Control Arm drop brackets Rough Country $190, RE about $400, Rocky Road $190. You will get almost as much flex as long arms and improved ride quality. The RE's look to be the strongest, but I don't know if worth 2x the cost.

I've got the RC and they are very strong and work great.
It is most likely a combo of steering, control arms and trackbar.
Next time give it a little more time before posting in your own thread

If you're still running your stocker Upper Control Arms, they will limit your droop. So, get some after market UCAs, adjustable if you can afford it. Then you will need to notch your lower shock mounts with a grinder where your lower control arms hit them under extreme droop. Flex your XJ out and take a look. You will see what I'm talking about. Since you already have enough shock length for a 6" of lift, these two things should give you a huge gain in overall droop.

If you are looking into getting adj uppers and drop brackets Id save a little more and get a LA set-up. Well worth it IMO.
youre probably limited by the track bar and uppers. Thats where mine was.

1. control arms
2. track bar
Dont waste the time/money with drop brackets. If you are going to spend $400 getting your stock stuff to work for the time being, you might as well spend $700 and put a sweet new long arm kit in...
