I hate that she won't let me just drive her and always needs to have a problem. She's such an attention hog.

Angry jeep won't admit to the transmission "thump" in 2013 Gr Cherokees with quadra trac

Three trips to the dealer. a re flash was supposed to take care of it. Transmission " thumps at low speed when more throttle is applied. dealer service says this is normal. I say BS, I read in an Edmunds review that others have experienced it. Chrysler needs to come up with a fix or I am filing under my States Lemon Law.

Didn't take near as long, that's for sure. Saves a lot of room in the bathroom as well, reading material is no longer a requirement.

Well worth it.

The #1 thing I hate about my XJ? Rust. Nothing else, that's it!

The fact that I didn't have a helper today so I couldn't get my axle seals installed. Oh yeah, also that I ripped the rear shoes off today and the wheel cylinders are leaking too. I'm not looking forward to trying to get those rusty things off...

I've been saying this a lot lately...ditch the drums and do a rear disc conversion. It's well worth the time and effort. Why do you need a helper to install axle seals? I was fine on my own..

I'd love to do the disc conversion, just tight on cash. I couldn't get the new seals pounded in and I needed someone to either operate the hammer through the axle hole or hold the big socket on the new seal.
