Default what do you guys think of this xj?

im looking to buy it for parts but im not sure if its worth it. was excited to see long arms but those LCAs look quite thin lol says its a good motor

Looks pretty chewed up to me. That thing has been run hard, and I would expect that a lot of the components are pretty worn. And there ain't much body left there. The tires and wheels may be worth $700 in good condition, but those look pretty worn to me. I probably wouldn't touch it.

Also that garage is very Silence of the Lambs-esque. I know why the pit is there but the whole package is kinda freaking me out.

On second thought if you have a few hundred bucks burning a hole in your pocket, some good bargaining skills and a welder, might be some fun to just beat the snot out of it.

But for parts, it's still a resounding nope.

What do you need off of it .... I think you could find a street legal one for a couple 100$ more ....

was wanting the tranny, and hoping to make my money back selling the axles/lift/motor, and just scrap the rest

those aren't really long arms either. more like mid arms.

it does say "sitting on three 35's"

i would pass and move on.

I'm trying to figure out what route this guy was headed down in the first place. Looks like somebody got bored and went way too crazy with the sawzall.

if you look at the last pick it looks like the lower control arm is bent towards the upper mount on the chassis. not really worth what good parts could be left.
