Bone Stock Limited XJ 183,000 miles. Paid $1500
Was in the PO's family for 15 years (Newport Beach). Daughter had it for the last 5 rackin' up the:
-$350 in parking tickets
-Leaky cracked windshield
-Automatic door locks not able to lock doors (too weak)
-No front drive shaft (she said it saved her $$ on gas)
-Worn out front brake pads
-Ripped driver's seat with sheepskin cover (threw that away)
-Wouldn't pass smog
-In need of some TLC (she got it and is getting it)
Can't really complain she became my daily driver from day one back and forth to work 50 miles round trip, fixing all the little problems that I find and getting her healthy again.

-a door that would not open (fixed it a few days later)
-a 600w kenwood amp with 12 in subs (got stolen a few months ago, resulting in a broken window)
-an incorrectly wired sterio (also fixed a few days later)
-a little magnetic stick thing
-and the best part, a new exhaust manifold but haven't had the time to put it on yet.

it was lifted 2', newer 8 hole black powder coated rims, all the wiring for my sub and amp was already installed. 4 baja blazer lights on the roof and 2 on front bumper... steering column is from grand cherokee of same year (BTW if anyone knows where I can get the plastic that goes around the steering coulmn let me know he dropped and broke the one he had so it only has the top piece lol.)

Dog hair. Lots of dog hair.
Other than that, it had a 3" Procomp lift, 31x10.50 Procomp all terrains, cargo rack and a tow package. All of that is gone. It did really well as it sat, though. I was pretty impressed with how the Procomp AT's did on the rocks. I have some Moab vids up of it in those days

Rust, Rust and more rust. A neglected engine from not having the oil changed in 20,000 miles, Bald BFG's because the front axle got the control arms ripped off of it and the mounts for the coils were completely collapsed. Black diff. fluid and nasty transmission and transfercase fluid, Pictures show most of the damage. Now with a new axle/carrier and sway bar links as well as a complete fluid flush. Runs and drives like a champ, not bad for $200.

I was left with 142k miles on the ticker, Pine scrub finished paint job( for those of you who don't know what that is, its scratched to ****) The entire passenger side from the front fender back is dented. 2 different head lights, no radio(with a mess of wiring to go with it) An insane smell of Febreeze that i cannot wait to get rid of.
Leaky oil pan
Leaky valve cover
No working AC
3" lift with FLAT rear leafs courtesy of the blocks back there on stock springs..FAIL
Disgustingly painted white door handles.
2 different rear bump stops.
It does have brand new 31's and Crager soft 8's on it though

I guess I got off pretty good from my Previous Owner.
I got:
-a bunch of firecrackers in the ashtray/console
-a pair of sunglasses in the overhead console
-a bunch of spare change in various places
-a brand new spare BFG M/T 30x9.5x15 on steel wheel (although was running 33x10.5x15 BFG A/T's that were bald/belt shifted) on 15x8 Soft 8's (or look alikes?)
-bad corroded battery terminals, and a battery that popped a post part-way out by the time I got home
-near metal on metal rear shows/drums
-4" lift (sagged rear)
-a fender who's red didn't match the rest of the Jeep
-and a rear door that didn't open from inside or out
