Here's the materials I used to do the retrofit (some are not pictured): Morimoto Mini bi-xenon projectors, D2S adapters, 5000k D2S bulbs, Apollo projector shrouds, bi-xenon wiring harness, CCFL centric rings (angel eyes), Foil tape, Clear silicone sealant, Ebay H4 housings, 2 sheets of Lexan Polycarbonate (for the lenses), EPDM D-profile rubber weatherseal, Sheet metal screws, 35 watt ultra slim ballasts, Gloss Black Rust proof spray paint, a Dremel with some cutoff wheels, a drill, a heat gun, and a mini sawzall air tool.

There is a writeup on it. It is almost the exact same setup I have only different projectors.

Here's my retrofitted projectors in the H4 housing, the silicone and glue were still drying in the pic which explains why there is a piece of paper towel underneath the shroud.

Here's a pic from when I was testing the projectors, note the sharp cutoff and nice blue band

I spent a half hour cleaning off the "Senior Prank" apparently it's funny to use window paint on every person's car in the high school parking lot and then silly string all of the cars too....and if you didn't know, window paint and silly string don't do well in 98 degree heat, they tend to become baked onto the vehicle...I am still beyond PO'd at this. My freaking window trim is now stained because the paint won't come off and they got paint inside the vertical trim on my back door window which I cant get out, I wish I could have something done for vandalism

I don't have many pictures of the retrofit but here's what I have.

Pulled the stock bumper off. Test fit one of my unibody tie ins for my front bumper. I had all the holes for the right hand drive in my 2000, except one was partially blocked by the sway bar mounts internal bracket. Took a dremel to it.
Had to bust out the BFH
to take care of some previous contact with a Wrangler.
On that note XJ vs TJ. XJ bent bumper and fender. TJ bent axle housing. XJ WINS!

Seafoam in the throttle body today. Seafoam in the gas tank a couple weeks ago. I've went from around 250 miles per tank to almost 300. My wallet loves Seafoam.
