I replaced the 18 year old sway bar links that were rustier than hell and 1 was bent because of the broken spring...............but my point is I didn't break any bolts or need a sawzall to get them out. Just takes a little heat and a good set of wrenches and/or vise-grips. I did it without any penetrant(ran out).....lol
I did a little more custom painting also.

I did a little more custom painting also.
Added 4* shims to the rear axle so no more rear driveshaft vibes!
Also painted and installed my "new" WARN front diff skid! One more piece of armor scratched off The List.

I made my Jeep look more awesome today.
I painted the hood, license plate holder, and the vent covers behind the back side windows with undercoat, just like the fenders.
I just bought these 235s which are bigger than what it had, but now that I jacked it a couple inches I should have gotten bigger.
Sure feels alot more like a Jeep than when I got it.

Borrowed an Oscilloscope from work to try and diagnose my crankshaft camshaft sensor issue but sure enough it started right up. I'll just have to wait until it dies again.
Was liseing to it and heard what I though was a brand new lifter tick. Turns out it is the "Duty Cycle Evap Canister Purge Solenoid" making a slight racket. So it might be on the way out, but we shall see.

I broke my lower track arm bolt also. Need a serious sawzall blade to cut it out. For those who encounter the same experience: If you break the head off, cut the bolt out with a sawzall and a high dollar metal blade. If you try to use your old multipurpose you'll be there all day, that bolt is tough. Went to the dealer and they wanted something like $30 for a replacement flag nut and bolt. Do yourself a favor, go to a yard. I got a couple of other things that day and the cashier took one look at the bolt and flag nut and told me Merry Christmas (free).
I paid like $10 for the bolt from the dealer. Heated the nut and what was left of old the bolt in the nut with a blow torch( long time) and got the nut apart. The nut was $10 and the flange was $12 at the dealer so for that project I saved $23, But with all that effort that Jeep has now found its final resting place
