Took the front skidplate off, took out all the rubber drip guard crap, and greased everything up front. Tried to figure out what is making the clunk when I turn it hard right, can't figure it out.
Also figured out the reason it sounds like a diesel isn't the water pump failing, but a shot idler. whew, dodged a bullet there.

well i didn't do any thing to my xj but i saw a stranded person on the side of the road with a flat tire and so i turned on the on board air system and aired up there tire and a way the went

Changed Oil, changed Gear Lube, and dropped the pan on the tranny and replaced the filter, also had to replace plug wire and finally cleaned the engine bay. Than took her to get smogged!!! YEAH she passed!!!

I extended the God awfully short factory shifter by about 5", got my console top dyed grey and installed and mounted my Caterpillar badge on the rear!

Probably a cracked frame where the steering box mounts. I just found my cracks the other day. Gotta plate both sides with 1/4 and bolt through.

No idea how that could have happened but the steering does have more play than it should so it could be that. If it is, I'll have my friend weld it for me.

A/C blend door... it's what gives you temperature variations rather than just hot or cold.
