Ordered the Core4x4 Tier 3 track bar. Pulled the threads out of the adjusting sleeve on my RC double sheer after eight years of abuse and being on two different vehicles.
Seems like Core4x4 has come up a long way. I know when they first started I thought it was a chinese company. They have a youtube where they are building an XJ.

Yeah, I couldn't resist, and I like to try other parts & components every now and then. It helps out the smaller companies too. They follow our IG page and are always posting fabrication videos. I like them because you get to see firsthand how your parts are actually made.
Core 4x4 has definitely come up in quality. They even do custom stuff if you ask them to. You can specify a length of control arms, track bar or shackles and they will make them for you.
I got to looking at the bolt holding the axel end of the track bar. The washer is loose! It looks like a welded on handle on the nut end, but it’s bent. I tried to get the bolt loose, but I broke that handle off the nut, and the whole thing spins easily. I tried putting a 15mm open end wrench on the nut end. The nut just spins around under it. I guess I’m going to have to cut it off. I might tackle that today. I see an option of using a bigger bolt and a bushing with a bigger shank, and drilling the holes out bigger.

By a strange coincidence, only last weekend, & quite by chance, I discovered the other end was loose on my '98 (perhaps replacing the castle nut with a nylock wasn't such a good idea after all) but I share your pain because I had that self sane problem last year. Those flag nuts are all very well for ease of assembly on the production line but aren't really up to securing it while winding out the bolt for the 1st time in 20-odd years. Curiously, the head is hexagonal - but some sort of bastard size!
This might well be too late to assist, but if you open up the access slot in the underside you should be able to get a pair of vicegrips on the head of the bolt.
The larger bolt option is the easy fix for ovalled out holes, all you should need is a proper nut that'll fit the original bolt (or a new one the same size) so it's a good fit in a box wrench, although you might have to trim the bolt down a bit, so you can remove the wrench.

While wondering the junkyard to pull an injector to make it till the new ones get here I stumbled across the remains of a nicely modified XJ. Wasn't much left to it but had been well taken care of from the amount of new parts on the motor. I scored a nice upgrade from it though. The junkyard injector fixed the issue. Still going to replace them all, they've got over 250k on em at this point.

And they have one of the more interesting sway bar assembly designs. Yes, pricey, but looks quality!

That chews:/
Our OEM injectors still going strong at 372k miles. over 22 mpg at 8000'.
I do use Techron once a year on each rig with MPI.
Nice score on the MSD.

I think the number 2 injector had been going bad for a while. The jeep seems happier with the replacement. The nicely maintained jeep I got the MSD from at the yard had been hit in the rear wheel pretty hard, the wheel, drum and end of the axleshaft were all torn off.
After VeebOrg tipped me to a 97 2dr was at the local u-pull, went and snagged the interior molding piece I've been searching for years for. Grabbed that and a much radio than what I had. The sound is a ton better than the old Kenwood that I put in after the factory radio finally died two years ago. Now to wait till the temps warm up again so I can paint the molding piece and install the headliner. But the radio is in.
