Installed an Alpine receiver, installed some JL Audio 6" speakers in the rear pod.
More importantly I installed new front rotors, calipers and pads, and while I was there I greased the fittings I could find. The PO was clearly an idiot as far as proper car care was concerned, but for 242k this was one of the easiest brake jobs I've ever done, easy setup on the Jeep. All thats left before winter is the tranny and transfer case fluid.
Anyone know if I can convert the 8.25 in the rear to disc breaks? Or is it not worth it, I hate drum brakes.
I've had it now for almost 2 months, I love working on this thing, bloody knuckles and all!

A little late, but last Sunday, I lost my top hose: I'd thought about replacing it when I bought it, but it showed all the signs of being a good hose, so I left it.
When it blew, I found that upon install, someone had cut it just a little, where you couldn't see it. Luckily a friend saw me sitting on the side of the road and he took me to O'Reilly's, where I got a replacement and was on my way an hour later.
Today, I worked on a rear door AGAIN, trying to get the electrics to work right.
Who the heck had the bright idea of electrics on a 4WD door. Stupid, stupid, stupid!

flush transmission and transfer case. change O2 sensors. black *** fluid smelled burned like hell. came out good she shifts better and four wheel dont jerk so bad when first engaged. sprayed rhino liner on the body and rotated my tires. now gettin ready to install new 4.10 gears and ard locker in the rear. and waiting for my front ard air locker to get here.

Well I didn't do it yet, but I'm gonna dress up in 50 layers of clothes cuz it's freezing out, and I'm gonna go get to work on my '98's front brakes.
