Pulled the top half of a tree that went thru my roof at 6am during a bad wind storm. Insurance is taking care of it!! New windshield, wipers, hood, Roof, and bent the gutter down over the drivers door. Interior is good, dont know how that happened but no real damage was done inside except for the head liner needs put back in place. Now I can get the rust fixed that was above the windshield haha. The tree fell over my aluminum box trailer and never hit it. It went straight into the roof of my 99 xj that was on the other side of the trailer. The trailer was in the middle of the tree and the jeep. Dont know how it missed it, dont care, but it missed it. It also just missed my wifes new 2010 Patriot that she had special ordered for herself.

Now its RENT A CAR TIME!!!!!!!!!. 2011 Toyota Camry. It is as cheap as they come. I couldn't even slide it around the turns in my neighborhood using the E brake on wet roads. I already miss my XJ. I was planning on installing the roof rack today and the ZJ coils and XJ bastard pack. Now I have to wait for a week or so till I get it back.

Will post pics later when I get it all back together and in running order again.

Treasure the times you have with your XJ. You dont know what you've got till it is gone.

I spray painted my grille and the black plastic pieces that surround the headlights. It looks... well... stock No more faded black plastic in the grill. I also changed the spark plugs and wires for the first time in 100k miles :/ I also bought some Baja walmart lights that I'm going to mount on my luggage rack soon.

.... not cool...if your wheelin your subjecting people around you to toxic gases...i could give two *****s less about the atmosphere(its got a giant hole to vent out) put the cat back on...since 1985ish they dont restrict any more flow than a stock manifonld...and removing them actully reduces low rpm horsepower do to lack of back pressure....think outside the box...not under it...
