Haha nice. Wonder why there was one in my bumper. My motor was out about 20k miles ago. Might explain it.

I helped build an SR20DET when I was 16 and built a Toyota 3S when I was 19, but never been inside a pushrod motor for the most part.

....hope I'm not getting into this one anytime soon either.

That's what the cracked head link directed me too. I'm cracking up. Every 0331 jeep owner needs one of these. They should come with a Clearwater when you get it.

All depends what your hang up might be. Do you have extended brake lines? Do you have at least 10" travel shocks? If yes to both of them you can max out your control arms.

DLRs are not a problem for me, I just pull on the headlights and go. It is a habit now and I don't even think about it.

You own a Jeep, I can guarantee your head is cracked, not sure about the one on the XJ's engine though

Very nice!

Any shot you could share where you got that connector from? Did you re-use the stock tilt-sensor thingy that the stock under-hood light uses?
Really want to do that to my XJ, and you can get those LED strips for super cheap which is awesome

I got everything from ebay. From the mercury switch, LED's, and the 2 pin connector. You will need special delphi crimpers for the 2 pin plugs if you want it to seal nicely and remain waterproof. You can get everything for very cheap if you order directly from China. If you don't mind waiting awhile.
