What did you do to your Cherokee today?
same reasons the other guys said. The leathers look nice, but the cloth ones are generally softer and more comfortable year round. Leathers are comfy too though, don't get me wrong. Slap on seat covers and your golden
I have leather seats in my crawler cause it's easier to wipe water or mud off it in case. And it isn't very absorbable.
I have cloth seats in the daily driver cause it feel more plush

Honestly, I'm really enjoying the seats in our 300m. I'm considering getting a set out of the JY and fabbing up brackets for them. They're really comfy, and because the 300m is the sporty model in the LH line, they have side bolsters that kinda keep you centered in the seat more.

They're about the same size as the ZJ seats too.

Today, I tested out my new Powertrax No-Slip locker in my 96 xj with a 29 spline 8.25. Pretty much all I have to say is, holy guacamole I have a whole new appreciation for lockers.
The spot where I would usually shift into 4wd,...I just kept going, no slippage at all. Amazing.
Big rut on left side, trying to cross it, I ended up having to back up out of it, but one rear tire 2 feet off the ground, and one front tire with no traction...so basically it was 1 wheel drive (rear) and it just pulled me right out.
On road driving is super quiet, basically don't know it's there. Off road I hear it more- Not a bad thing though.
Best way to spend $500 bucks. (485 actually).
$422 Powertrax No-Slip on E-bay (free shipping)
$65 royal purple 75-140 oil and RVT.

I'm thinking of putting an Aussie in the rear of my 87 Comanche....$249.

I also made one of these a while back. Out of scrap metal in the garage. Looks just like mine, well done...NOW it's held up great, center console hasn't wobbled since, lol
