Nice. I needed that smile today.

Removed plastic trim on the sides. "Hair blow dryer worked best".

Heading outside right now to install a Putco harness in it. I downloaded a light meter to my phone and am going to to take before and after readings just out of curiosity.

Harness is in, and a huge difference in the Lux readings, before was around 45000*, after was 68000-72000* and that is on the cheap sealed beams that are in it right now. I didn't loose my driving lights completely, but they are so dull that you can't call them driving lights anymore. I am just going to have to remember to turn on my headlights any time I head out till I get that figured out. I know there are threads about it on here, but lately I haven't had the brain power or energy to go through them

*Lux readings were taken with a free smartphone app so take them with a grain of salt*

I replaced an old ZJ 136 with a new ZJ 136 since it has the same terminal block as my 91. The Durango is also 136 but has a terminal block like the 00/01 XJs.

I dig your miniature vents around the switches, where did those come from

Got my Spare tire up on the jeep today. It's on a fold down rack that goes in the receiver hitch.

Yes - the Cherokee and Wrangler (XJ/TJ) have the same exact vents, so they're interchangeable.

failed at trying to swap my NSS today. Got the new (to me) one rebuilt, but now I can't get the old one off the trans. Both the bolt and the nut are out but it seems like its seized on the little rod. Soaked it with PB Blaster for tonight, trying again in the morning.
