Dayum! All today? Man you've almost got a new Jeep now!
All today. Got a new engine 3 months ago too. Next thing is a taller TC drop kit. My 2001 needs a little more drop than the pre-2000 XJs I guess. getting drivetrain noise a vibes. Nothing huge though. I have to hop into the drivers seat and Im 5'11".

Ehhh you don't really want that... Dropping the transfer case more increases wear on the engine and transmission mounts. It also makes the front drive pinion angle worse which is bad enough with the LP axle. Have you been for an alignment yet? Caster has a huge effect on this.
Never mind that a bigger transfer case drop won't address issues with dry U joints.
Nope. Air is mixed from the blend door not the hcv valve. About the only thing the hcv does is not work and leak.
Oh, ok good to know. Haven't had a problem with mine yet, but just my luck it would be the one thing to go this fall on the way to Kentucky.

Agreed - better off just looking into double cardan joints and SYE

I need to at least put on the drop kit ARB recommended I do with the kit I got. There isn't one now, there should be one with a small lift. I don't think 3" warrants SYE.
Did some plasti dip today on the back "Jeep" letters and the front side reflectors.. Got caught by dark and the cold so had to stop for the evening, but plan on doing more tomorrow. First time doing plasti dip, didn't turn out very well so I might peel it off and redo it tomorrow.
