First oil change. Rotella T6 5W/40 and a Mobil 1 M1-301 filter.

installed the converter for my trailer light wiring.

While I had everything out, I decided I was tired of looking at the rust on my spare rim so i sprayed it with some rust reformer...

which got me wondering about the color scheme I've been considering for my wheels once I turn the XJ the color I want (Desert Tan, maybe flat) so I went further...

I like it. I really like these steelies and am planning on keeping them on for a good while, but I want to do something with the color, and this idea has been in my head for a while now. I saw a ****** edition wrangler a few weeks ago with this scheme in olive drab and loved it.

I like these style wheels too. Use them for the winter wheels on my '99 Sport, complete with the black center caps. Had a hard time finding good clean ones though.

Those manifolds were shipped on XJs, TJs, and WJs. I don't think anything was attached there, though. Your XJ is certainly complete.

Looks like a lot of fun! Around here we are lucky to get two inches of snow all year.
