Had my jeep's build sheet emailed to me...then let my GF drive her to drop it off at our friend's to have a new RMS installed along with trans cooler lines and oil pan set. Getting her ready to drive to AZ.

It sucks cause it's more things for me to remove when I need to access the area behind it. Ugh

Today changed my boomerang shackles' angle. More smooth of a ride now.

It's probably an intake muffler, to bring noise levels down............

I am familiar with this doohickey. It is called an "air cleaner resonator" and it's supposed to reduce engine noise in the intake side. Some ZJs have it too, they look different though.

Yes the throttle body is identical, I don't know about the air box though. Is there some reason you don't like the WJ box? Just want to standardize on filters across the fleet?

I guess your family doesn't really give a **** about noise reduction anyway lol.
