What did you do to your Cherokee today?
Got a front end alignment job done to correct the geometry change caused by lifting it. Steering wheel sits 'straight' now instead of turned to the right 90 degrees. Everything else checked okay, thank goodness.
Starting the process of T-Max winch solenoid relocation (see that thread):

Tomorrow: rear bumper & Reese hitch removal.

I've been trying to get those off mine since I got it.....one came off easy, but left the glue..... the other is baked on and has a death grip on my rear window....I've considered busting the glass and just replacing it because it's been tainted....
I hosed it down it had too much mud from the College Parking Lot... yes you read it right, I go offroading in my college parking lot,, cant help it everytime I dont find parking I see this big puddle off mud that no one parks on so I get dirty and when I get out at 8:30PM no one is around so I have some muddy fun....

Belto,my friend I need a personal favor.
Do something with that avatar.
Looks sad
Ya know...hood up, on ramps.
Why not use one of the front-end shots.
And WHERE did you ever get the idea of "too much mud"???
Is that even possible?

As soon as you say CHEROKEE...Its an XJ
XJ is Jeeps model designation
Like TJ, CJ, ZJ. YJ
Model designation...not specialty sub-model
Sub-model examples:
Laredo
Sport
Country
Classic
POS
Whoops...scratch that last one.
I went to the junkyard and got me some Tow Hook Brackets, Tow Hooks, Bumper, Bumper Brackets, and all the nuts & bolts.
Lucky me!
First junkyard, the first XJ I found...complete unmolested front end.

Decided since I have not changed the diff oil on my xj in 210K miles to change it - was still in amazing shape - could not find a spec of metal in the oil - looked brand new - love my mobil 1

Howler you have hurt my feelings b/c you left Limited off your list(my junk) as well as Pioneer. On the other list you left off WJ, SJ and MJ.
Well.... I bought it, changed the oil, flushed the radiator and replaced the wrecked old bumper with an aftermarket unit. Plus I drove around to get an idea of how it drives.

Don't believe me, check Lil Red's Build thread.
BTW: I have one more update from late afternoon to post there.
